Join Stephanie for an immersive experience where you’ll learn the art of crafting a stunning grazing board while indulging in the rich flavors of local cheeses, meats, and seasonal treats. This workshop will be hosted off-site in partnership with the Carlisle Parks and Recreation.

🧀 What to Expect:

Relax and soak in the process during a demonstration workshop led by Stephanie, owner of Central Wedge Cheese Shop. Stephanie will guide you through the step-by-step process of designing and arranging a visually appealing and mouthwatering grazing board in preparation for Easter Sunday dinner. You’ll gain insights into the artistry behind this popular culinary trend as you watch Stephanie take the ingredients and design a 2’x3′ board in front of your eyes! Topics covered will range from selecting and cutting the perfect seasonal and local cheeses for your guests to arranging ingredients in a symphony of colors and flavors.

Discover the beauty of using quality ingredients as Stephanie demonstrates how to pair and showcase the unique flavors of regional cheeses and ingredients that compliment traditional Easter dishes.
