About the event
It's our second year participating in LoveCarlisle's Ice Art Fest! We will have a ice sculpture outside the business and we have some cheesy fun planned!
Tickets may be pre-purchased. Tickets may be purchased at the counter on the day-of. To clarify, anyone and everyone is welcome to shop at Central Wedge. The tickets are only for the tasting room and sunday brunch.
Friday, January 31
We'll be open 11-8pm. From 4-8pm, you can purchase a $15 ticket to enter our tasting room to sample more than 40+ Pennsylvania cheeses, charcuteries, and other items. If you're still hungry, we'll have pre-made charcuterie grazing boxes and snack packs.

This ticket gains entrance for one person to the Cheese Tasting Room at Central Wedge Cheese Shop on Friday, January 31 from 4-8pm. Show your ticket to an employee in exchange for a wristband. Limited seating is available.
