At Central Wedge, we work hard to find amazing artisan, farmstead and specialty cheese, primarily from Pennsylvania Cheesemakers. We look for only the best farms, where they care greatly for their cows and take pride in their cheesemaking skills. Organic, grass-fed and raw-milk are common descriptions for the farms where we procure the delicious cheese we bring to your table. We can’t wait for you to taste the delicious cheese from one of our incredible creameries.
