Grazing season is in the past for sheep this year but we are still reaping the benefits with a mild and creamy, yet satisfying blue cheese from the Farm at Doe Run. 

It may look plain but the flavor journey is wild. You can expect  to taste applewood smoke initially. As the smoke fades, you may taste the mulling spices as a sweet apple takes over. 

Made with dried apples from Way Fruit Farm and a blend of spices (cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg), this smooth and melty cheese will be great with mulled wine or on an apple grilled cheese.
